Below are some helpful solutions to the most frequently asked questions we receive.

 

  1. I registered for the course and I received no email confirmation or link.
    1. Please check the “Junk” or “SPAM” folder in your mailbox for the confirmation email from Zoom.
    2. You may have accidentally entered your email address with a “typo” when you were registering into the course. If this is the case, re-register for the program again. If the course is full, you may register for another program.
  1. I registered and I don’t remember the time or date of the program.
    1. Please check for those details within your confirmation email from Zoom.
    2. Please visit your local area’s respective social media page or visit our online programs listing to locate the date and time of the program you registered into.
    3. Please register for another program.
  1. I participated in the first session but missed the second session or didn’t receive a link for Session 2 or the Handout.
    1. If there are any program dates with Session Two still open, then re-register for another program. You are welcome to participate in one or both sessions. Visit online programs for additional dates and times
    2. The Zoom link for Session 1 and Session 2 are the same.
    3. Please check the “Junk” or “SPAM” folder in your mailbox for the confirmation email from Zoom.
  1. I lost or deleted the email that communicated the offerings and the options for dates and times.
    1. Please visit your area’s respective social media page or visit online programs listing.
  1. Are there any recordings available for any of the sessions?
    1. There no recordings available.
  1. I need help with another matter.
    1. Contact your local Landmark office.
